“The King of the Streets.”

That’s how DJ Bootsie describes himself.  The King have been mixing emotions through his musical selection for well over 15 years.  Having grown up during the rise of the Hip-Hop Era many of DJ Bootie’s musical influences are derived from artists like Jam Master Jay, Run DMC,  N.W.A., Snoop Dogg, 2Pac and Dirty South Legend Master P. After years of putting in work, and blowing the roof off of House Parties. DJ Bootsie came to the realizations that “Street Dreams,” do come true!

DJ Bootie’s passion and style is heavily influenced by the Legendary Turntablist “DJ Jazzy Jeff.”  He also spent many of his early disc jockey years as an understudy with “Louisiana Greats,” DJ New Orleans & DJ Incredible. In 2004, DJ Bootsie accepted an invitation to rock Lloyd Banks BET Awards After Party in Los Angeles, California.  This is where the “King of The Streets,” ascended from his thrown.  In 2005 DJ Bootie was snatched up by the hottest radio station in south Louisiana, (WEMX-FM Max 94.1).  There he quickly worked his way up as Mixshow Coordinator, and Production Director for six radio clusters.  After burning up the airwaves every Saturday night, DJ Bootsie became one of the most sought after DJ’s.  DJ Bootsie have hosted some of the hottest Celebrity Birthday Weekends.  In addition to rocking crowds well over a thousand during Essence Music Fest & Bayou Classic Weekend. 

Six years later “The King of the Streets,” was signed to No Limit Forever as Master P’s Tour DJ ultimately solidifying his career as veteran.
